About Learning Tree Farms
Learning Tree Farms ("The Farm") was established in 1998 as a place for children and learning. Situated on the eastern edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Northern Virginia county of Fauquier, the Farm is a magical place of rolling hills and forests teeming with wildlife. Its magic came from the children who visited to learn and have fun.
From 2001 through 2007 the Adventures in Learning program offered a variety of field trips for grade school and high school students.

They would learn about the history of the farm -- the onetime home of a son of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall -- and about the history of the Manahoac Indians who once lived on the land.." more »
